What aged players are appropriate for this program?

This team for any swimmer age 5 to 17. Must be able to pass water/swim safety test on first day of practice.

What time of the year does this program run?

Season starts early November and will last until the end of February.

Where are practices and games typically held?

Practice and home meets will be at the Lyon Sports Complex - Downtown location

When are practices, and how often are they?

Practice will be held every weekday. Swimmers are expected to make at least 3 practices a week.

How many meets will they have? What days of the week?

There will be a meet every other weekend, starting 8am on Saturdays. In January there will be 3 Thursday night meets - No practice those nights.

Are suits and caps provided or are they purchased separately?

Club suits and caps are required and may be purchased at the front desk of the complex.
